Closing Tick - Strategic Counsel Poll

In the final Strategic Counsel poll out today (or last night) it is clear there is a closing tick to the NDP, not away from it as last time. Some of it at least seems to be coming from the Conservative total. I will post later today in the evening with a full averaging of all the closing polls and a final seat estimate.
